Practical wellbeing for busy people
For years, movement has been a constant in my life. I worked in gyms as an instructor and personal trainer, and trained running, strenght training, yoga and even have been dancing salsa for 10+ years now. I have met beginners, busy adults, parents, high performers and people starting again after life got in the way.
One truth kept showing up: health is rarely built through extremes. It is built through small habits, repeated consistently; real wellbeing must work in real life, not through unrealistic routines.
FRISK is a swedish words meaning healthy, strong, and energised. It also happens to be my surname (long story). What began as an internal initiative has grown into a community for busy people who want to feel better, live stronger and build habits that last. No Ego, no perfection, no pressure, just momentum.
